Flavors include banana, pear, apple, lime, lemon zest, tangerine and touches of minerality. The mouthfeel is dry and crisp, with some weight and well-balanced, lingering acidity. This is a lovely wine that pairs well with Farmer’s Cheese and Hot Pepper Jelly.
