Tasting Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Please arrive a few minutes early to check-in. Parking is limited, as our tastings are very popular! Please consider carpooling, walking, or taking a golf cart, bike, or the awesome Ocracoke Tram to the tasting.

If you must cancel your reservation, we kindly ask you to provide as much notice as possible so we can offer your space to another guest. We are happy to refund Tasting fees with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

No-shows or Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tasting are not eligible for a refund. Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start will be considered a no-show.

Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items, food, beverages, wine, and beer may not be returned.  

Gift Cards may not be returned. Lost, Stolen, or Unused Gift Cards are not eligible for refunds and may not be exchanged for cash.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
